Quarter is designed to offer home ownership to those who can’t afford traditional mortgage financing. Like tens of millions of our Gen Z and Millennial first time buyers (with no equity to trade in) and the financially under-served. We believe that home ownership is a goal that shouldn’t be out of so many people’s grasp.
